WINTER 2026 Course Schedule & Details

WSET Level 2 Award in WINE

This course is held over 7 weeks (4 weekly classes with two public holidays in between, plus a final exam in the final week):

  • Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:30pm
  • FIRST CLASS: Saturday, February 7, 2026
  • FAMILY DAY: Saturday, February 14, 2026
  • MARCH BREAK: Saturday, March 14, 2026
  • FINAL EXAM: Saturday, March 21, 2026

Location: Ki Modern Japanese + Bar (181 Bay St, Toronto)

Prerequisite: No formal criteria required, though basic knowledge of wine is considered an asset. Please see here for details or contact us for any questions.

FALL 2025 Course Schedule & Details

WSET Level 3 Award in WINE

This course is held over 16 weeks (15 weekly classes plus a final exam in Week 16):

  • Saturdays from 10:00am - 12:30pm
  • FIRST CLASS: Saturday, September 20, 2025
  • READING BREAK: Saturday, October 11, 2025
  • WINTER BREAK: Saturday, December 20 and Saturday, December 27
  • FINAL EXAM: Saturday, January 24, 2026

Location: Ki Modern Japanese + Bar (181 Bay St, Toronto)

Prerequisite: Students must have previously passed an intermediate Wine course such as WSET Level 2 Wine or CMS Certified. Please see here for details or contact us for any questions.

Sake Basics & Beyond (WSET Level 3 Sake prerequisite)

  • Saturday, September 13, 2025 (1-day course)
  • Ki Modern Japanese + Bar (181 Bay St, Toronto)
  • 9:00am - 4:00pm (includes 1 hour independent lunch break)

This course is held over 3.5 full days plus an in-person blind tasting and theory exam:

  • Saturday, November 8 - 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Sunday, November 9 - 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Saturday, November 15 - 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Sunday, November 16 - 9:00am - 12:00pm
  • FINAL EXAM: Saturday, November 29 - 1:30 - 5:30pm

All full day classes include 1 hour independent lunch break

Prerequisite: Students must have previously passed an intermediate Sake course - please see here for details
